The release for the F1 2012 game by Codemasters has now been set for Tuesday 18th of September 2012 in the USA and Friday 21st of September 2012 in Europe.

This will be the third installment in the Codemasters F1 series which has so far received critical acclaim among the gaming community and also, the sim racing community.

F1 2012 will feature all the updated teams, driver line ups, tracks and rules from the 2012 Formula One season, these include the new USA Grand Prix circuit in Austin Texas.

Players will now also be able to take part in Young Test Driver Sessions which are designed to give them the chance to show  F1 teams what they can do in the aim of securing a full time drive.

Another new inclusion to the 2012 game are driver video tutorials for each individual circuit presented by current Le Mans Series driver and SKY Sports F1 UK analyst Anthony Davidson.

Ant used to drive in F1 for the Super Aguri Team so these guides should prove useful to both new and more experienced F1 players.
