Australian model, singer and actress Holly Valance has married billionaire luxury property developer Nick Candy. The two lovers tied the knot in a ceremony in Beverley Hills, Los Angeles.

The couple who had been engaged since 2009 were married in front of over 300 guests including family and many rich and famous friends. Among the big names who were in attendance was music industry giant Simon Cowell.

The 29 year old Aussie star wore a J’Aton Couture wedding dress which featured a meringue skirt. Candy, 39 meanwhile was dressed in a Dolce and Gabanna tuxedo.

In true Aussie style the following day’s festivities featured a “recovery barbecue” to allow their guests a chance to shake off the night before. The newlyweds had organised the wedding celebrations to last a full three days in total.

Holy Valance grew up in Australia where she stared in cult soap Neighbours before going on to have a successful singing and modeling career. Nick Candy, along with brother Christian grew up and was educated in the UK.
