In the USA, how many Springfield’s are there?

In the United States of America there are currently 16 Springfield’s. The most famous Springfield though is the fictional 17th which is home to cartoon family, The Simpsons.

In contrast there is only one South Park which is located in the state of Pennsylvania and not Colorado.
