20:30 Local Time: It’s been announced that Kensington Palace will issue a formal statement press release via email once the baby has been born.

18:15 Local Time: It’s now around 12 hours since Kate arrived at St Mary’s Hospital early this morning. If she was already in the early stages of labour then as is believed, she won’t still be now.
