What do you get for the man who has everything like Simon Cowell? Well a nice woolly hat of course. Singer Olly Murs’ Gran presented Cowell with the woolly gift when she met him recently to keep him warm while in LA.

According to the former X Factor contestant, his gran makes the hats and sells them on eBay under the name of Nana’s Knits. She insisted on giving Simon the homemade gift despite Olly explaining it’s not even cold in California.

The pop stars gran is clearly a very shroud business woman though, giving that one free sample to someone as famous as Simon Cowell is now generating her huge amounts of publicity for Nana’s Knits. All she needs now is for Simon to wear it on TV and she’ll be rich.

Olly Murs is currently touring in America trying to break the US. In between dates he also helps present the Xtra Factor on ITV2 in the UK along with Caroline Flack.
