Tonight’ X Factor saw the judges each pick their three favorites at judges houses who will make up the twelve finalists to compete in the live shows.

There was a twist however, each judge got to choose a wild card fourth act. The winner from the four wild cards will then go on to compete as the thirteenth act in the live finals. Viewers will vote for who they want to get the wildcard position right after the judges houses show.

As with previous series the emotions were high as each act waited nervously while hoping for a yes.

The first singer to receive a yes from Tulisa in the girls category was 2012 series favorite Ella Henderson, Tulisa said Ella was “a star”. This decision will come as no surprise to anyone who has seen any of Ella’s earlier performances on this years X Factor.
