Question: Who’s going to be hosting the 2020 Summer Olympics?

Answer: The Olympic Games of summer 2020 are due to be held in the city of either Tokyo, Japan, Istanbul, Turkey or Madrid, Spain.

Which of these three candidate cities has been successful in their bid will be officially announced by the International Olympic Committee in Buenos Aires, Argentina on September 7, 2013.

Following Rio de Janeiro in 2016, the winning city will become home to the 32nd edition of the modern Olympic Games.

Since the recent boost to the British economy following the 2012 games, not to mention the nations general lift in mood. Each of the three candidate cities will be keener than ever to win the bid and replicate these results in their own country.

UPDATE: The right to host the 2020 Olympic Games was won by the city of Tokyo, Japan.
