Question: When does the new UK series of The Voice start on the BBC in 2013?

Answer: The Voice season 2 will return to BBC One at 7:00 pm on Saturday the 30th of March, 2013, the first shows will be the blind auditions.

The live shows are set to begin on the 8th of June, also said to be the date of the Britain’s Got Talent Live Final on ITV, so this could potentially still change.

Filming of the blind auditions to find the next UK singing star are already underway with all four original judges: will.i.am, Danny O’Donoghue, Jessie J and Tom Jones returning for Series 2.

BBC sources have stated this new series of The Voice will feature less live shows than the first series and more of the chair turning blind auditions.

In total, around 30,000 hopeful’s are set to audition all looking to reach this years live finals.
