This years Super Bowl XLVII which is the biggest single sporting event in the world will be taking place on Sunday, February 3rd. Kickoff time is scheduled for 6:30 EST (5:30 CST) on will be broadcast on CBS.

In the UK the Super Bowl will be televised live on BBC2 with kick off at 11:30 pm (23:30) GMT.

The Super Bowl 47 game will be coming from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.

The game will be played between the Baltimore Ravens’ and the San Francisco 49ers’.

For the first time in football history the two Super Bowl finalists will be coached by brothers with John Harbaugh in charge of the Ravens’ and Jim Harbaugh managing the 49ers’.

This will be the 10th occasion that New Orleans has hosted Super Bowl Sunday but the first time since Hurricane Katrina struck the city back in 2005.

The 2013 half-time show entertainment will feature the return of R&B group Destiny’s Child who look set to return with their new song entitled “Nuclear” after 8 years apart. Nuclear is set to be the groups first single off their upcoming album “Love Songs”.

This onstage reunion will see Beyonce performing a number of solo songs before being joined by band mates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland.
