Where is the technology base of the Formula One team McLaren located?

Built in 2003 the McLaren Group’s headquarters known as the McLaren Technology Centre is located in Woking which is in Surrey, United Kingdom.

The building is the workplace to around 1,000 employees involving both McLaren F1 and road car development.

Anyone who has been watching the F1 coverage on SKY Sports recently may well have seen the McLaren based animation Tooned.

These animated shorts which star among others, drivers Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button are generally set in and around the Woking Technology base.

The ultra modern looking building is also home to many of the great F1 World Championship winning McLaren’s of past years.
