Who’s going to be playing April O’Neil in the upcoming ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie’?

It has been officially confirmed that the role of television news reporter April O’Neil in the new ‘Turtles’ movie, will be played by actress and model Megan Fox.

The surprise announcement was made on his own website by Michael Bay, who will be producing the TMNT film.

Fox and Bay previously worked together on the Transformers movie series before publicly falling out.

South African, Jonathan Liebesman is set to direct the movie while it is thought generally unknown actors will be chosen to play the Turtles themselves.

Expect Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to be released sometime during the summer of 2014.
